Ms. Chloe Chen used to work at the district court, dealing with civil compulsory enforcement and mediation cases. Prior to joining the firm, she was a legal manager in the public traded company and is familiar with corporate legal consulting. She further advanced her study in the US and received L.L. M. degree in IP and Technology Law at Washington University in St. Louis in 2017. Ms. Chen concentrates her practice in civil and criminal litigation, including the area of intellectual property protection, government procurement and public construction, international contract disputes, and labor disputes.
