曾更莹律师专精并购、个人信息保护、电子商务、互联网法律、电信以及科技法律。在科技法律的领域，曾律师亦处理人工智能、金融科技、OTT、电子支付、P2P借贷、自动驾驶、域名、电子签章、网络游戏、网络安全、网络下单、ICP、MOD、有线电视、卫星电视等。曾律师亦常为客户提供公司治理、法律遵循、海内外上市、劳动法令、医药卫生法令等咨询服务。

曾律师曾担任国家发展委员会个人信息保护法咨询顾问，现任国际商会（ICC）数字经济委员会成员、台湾网络治理论坛（TWIGF）常务理事、台湾网络与电子商务产业发展协会（TiEA）监事。
