Ms. Yu-June Tseng obtained an LL.M. degree from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (formally, National Chiao-Tung University). Her master's thesis focused on intellectual property rights, and her current practice focuses on the same. In the practice area of intellectual property disputes, June has successfully represented clients to resolve IP disputes and defended clients against civil actions and criminal charges of IP infringements. She has successfully helped clients achieve IP licensing, handle transaction projects, and retrieve taxes from IP licensing royalties as well. In addition to IP matters, June has also successfully aided clients in resolving civil, criminal and administrative disputes, such as contract performance, defamation and antitrust disputes. June is also an Adjunct Lecturer of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, teaching legal empirical study.
