Brenda's focus is dispute resolution involving intellectual property, fair trade law, civil law, and public law. She is entrusted with cross-border patent litigation matters, including pharmaceutical patent infringement, patent linkage disputes, and related administrative proceedings. Through her expert handling of trademark infringement and unfair competition cases involving counterfeiting and distribution issues, as well as her comprehensive counseling on out-of-court strategies, Brenda has earned her clients' trust. Additionally, she is also experienced in administrative litigation concerning antitrust penalties, copyright disputes involving e-commerce platforms, and domain name disputes.
