Mr. Irwin Fan graduated from Electrical Engineering Department, National Taiwan University in 2008, and obtained a degree of Master in Photonics and Optoelectronics from National Taiwan University in 2010. He was an R&D engineer in TSMC, experienced in the field of semiconductor process. Mr. Irwin Fan began his career as a patent engineer at Lee and Li from 2014, obtained the Taiwan patent attorney license and passed the China patent attorney test in 2017.

Mr. Irwin Fan has extensive experience in patent prosecution, patent validity assessment, patent infringement investigation and patent litigation in the field of electrical engineering.
