Ivy Chin has been involved in the patent field for more than 15 years. Her current practice consists primarily of preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a wide variety of electronic engineering, communication system, memory device, semiconductor, and computer software. Ivy has extensive experience counseling clients, and helps them build valuable, high-quality patent portfolios in an efficient manner. She has drafted and maintained standard essential patents for 5G New Radio standards for many years. She has handled patent-related disputes and licensing cases, which involve memory devices, hand-held devices, semiconductor equipment or financial technology, for multinational companies.
