Before joining Lee and Li, Mr. Tsai served for ten years as a public prosecutor. He specializes in cross-border investigations and the litigation of white-collar crimes, including insider trading, breach of trust, and corruption. He is also well versed in corporate governance and securities regulation, and holds an S.J.D. degree from the University of Michigan.
