Carrie is a member of the Corporate and Investment Department of Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law, where she focuses on mergers and acquisitions, real estate and construction, life sciences, as well as general corporate affairs.
Carrie advises both domestic and international clients regarding mergers and acquisitions, including share and asset acquisitions, strategic partnerships and cross-border corporate restructuring. She is well-versed in all stages of M&A transactions, including, transaction planning, conducting legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as obtaining regulatory approvals. Carrie also provides compliance advice to public companies.
In addition, she delivers legal counsel on real estate transactions, encompassing the sale, purchase, and leasing of commercial properties, as well as construction-related matters. Furthermore, Carrie has assisted clients in the pharmaceutical industry with achieving legal compliance.
