Yuan-Yuan regularly assists PE funds and international and domestic clients with cross-border mergers and acquisitions and group restructuring, including Nidec Corporation's acquisition of Chaun-Chung Technology Corp., CDIB Capital's privatization of Jintex Corporation, Center Laboratories' privatization of Glac Bioteck Co., Ltd., Taiwan Cement Corporation's privatization of TPCC, Nasdaq listed company, Peloton's closing of its first deal in Taiwan, and Covetro AG's acquisition and restructuring of DSM's RFM business in Taiwan. Yuan-Yuan has represented notable venture capital firms, including Alibaba, WI Harper and Taiwania Capital, to finance startups engaged in IOT, AI, big data analytics and FinTech businesses. Recently, Yuan-Yuan has been working on energy sector. She has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients with their investments and development of solar projects and offshore wind farm projects in Taiwan.
