Judy joined Lee and Li in 2015. Her practice focuses on corporate investment, M&A, and capital market cases.

She serves clients for their investments and operation in Taiwan, including applying relevant approvals, establishing presences in Taiwan, designing investment structure, drafting/reviewing contracts and other legal documents, and providing day-to-day legal advisory services. She also assists domestic and foreign clients with regulatory compliance matters and government investigations and communications, especially those in e-commerce, consumer electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing and retail industries.

Judy also specializes in private equity deals, startup fundraising projects, joint ventures and M&A transactions. Recently, Judy has assisted a leading company in the e-payment sector with a cross-border M&A project regarding BNPL business; she has been working with a key player in the energy sector with regard to their offshore windfarm business in Taiwan, including restructuring and divestment projects.
