She possesses extensive experience in a wide range of healthcare-related legal matters, including product registration and regulatory compliance, clinical trials, patient support programs, NHI listing and reimbursement, sales and marketing activities for healthcare products, interactions with HCPs and patient groups, as well as relevant privacy and data protection issues. Over the past five years, Selena has provided interim legal support for numerous pharmaceutical and medical device clients.
In addition to her core expertise, Selena is well-versed in personal data privacy and competition law as they pertain to the unique needs of the healthcare industry. She has offered long-term guidance on product liability issues, assisting multinational companies and law firms in evaluating both pre-marketing and post-marketing legal compliance.
