DIFFERENTIAL REVIEW ON INSURANCE PRODUCTS
The Department of Insurance (DOI), Ministry of Finance recently stated that it intends to alter its review procedure for new insurance products. Under the new procedure, the DOI will delegate different levels of authority to different insurance companies according to their degree of financial soundness, their ability to develop products, etc.
