GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT INFORMATION CENTER GOES ONLINE
In August 2000 the Public Construction Com-mittee began operating an online Government Procurement Information Center (web address: http://www.gpic.pcc.gov.tw) to give government agencies access to data bases containing refer-ence information on budget formulation, drafting of tender request documents, tender request an-nouncements and contract performance man-agement, and to enable private entities to publish catalogues, obtain tender request documents and make price quotations online.
