NIGHT WORK PAYMENT MUST BE INCLUDED IN AVERAGE WAGE CALCULATIONS
The CLA announced on 3 August that to protect the interests of workers, all regular payments received for work are to be regarded as wages regardless of the name of the payment, and as such should be included in the calculations for retirement payments and severance pay.
