The notice for calling a board meeting can be sent electronically if the relevant receiving party agrees (Paragraph 2, Article 204 of the Company Act). According to a ruling issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs on 2 September 2013, board meeting documents can be sent electronically if the relevant receiving party agrees. The electronic means for sending meeting notices and documents, if agreed by the receiving party, include e-mails of scanned copies of such documents to the receiving party or the download of such documents by the receiving party from the cloud computing or other internet platforms to which such documents are uploaded.
