Partial Amendment to Regulations Governing Insurance Agents, Regulations Governing Insurance Brokers and Regulations Governing Insurance Surveyors

1.	Four prohibited conducts were added in Regulations Governing Insurance Agents and Regulations Governing Insurance Brokers on 28 December 2012 as follows:
	(1)	pay commission to insurance salespersons who actually have not solicited insurance;
	(2)	fail to confirm insurance product suitability to the financial consumer concerned;
	(3)	sell Viatical Settlement products not approved by the competent authorities.
	(4)	fail to submit business or financial reports before the deadline set by the competent authorities or provide false or incomplete information.
2.	A prohibited conduct was added in Regulations Governing Insurance Surveyors on 28 December 2012 as follows: fail to submit business or financial reports before the deadline set by the competent authorities or provide false or incomplete information.
