REVOCATION OF "POINTS OF APPROVING ESTABLISHMENT OF REPRESENTATIVE OFFICES BY FOREIGN INSURANCE INSTITUTES"
Since the amendment to the "Regulations Governing Establishment and Administration of Foreign Insurance Enterprises" on February 23, 2009 has incorporated relevant provisions concerning approval of establishment of representative offices by foreign insurance entities, FSC annulled the "Points of Approving Establishment of Representative Offices by Foreign Insurance Institutes" from February 25, 2009.
