PCC CALLS FOR PUBLICATION OF ARBITRATION PROCEED-INGS AND AWARDS
In a letter dated 1 March 2007, the Public Con-struction Commission stated that in order to achieve greater transparency in disputes over the performance of government procurement con-tracts that are submitted to arbitration, it rec-ommends that all agencies expressly state in the contract that if a dispute is taken to arbitration, then except for the decision process of the arbi-trators, the arbitration proceedings and the arbi-tration award should be made public.
