ESTABLISHMENT OF CERTAIN FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS TO BE SUSPENDED BEGINNING THIS YEAR
The Ministry of Finance recently announced that beginning January 1999, it would suspend acceptance of applications for the establishment of commercial banks, industrial banks and bills finance companies.
