INTERVIEWS AND FEE PAY-MENTS
On 26 August 2003 the IPO announced that as of 1 September 2003, when it requires a patent ap-plicant/patentee, an opposition petitioner, or a cancellation petitioner to attend IPO premises for an interview, such party will not need to pay the statutory interview fee of NT$2,000. However, parties who request interviews themselves still need to pay the fee.
