PROVISIONAL GUIDELINES FOR HANDLING REGISTRATION OF CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES
On 31 March 2003, the Construction and Plan-ning Administration of the Ministry of Interiors announced the Provisional Guidelines for Han-dling Registration of General Construction Companies and Civil Engineering Contractors Pending Promulgation of Subsidiary Regulations to the Construction Business Law, to regulate the registration of construction companies until the relevant secondary regulations are promulgated. Until 8 February 2004, construction companies should handle registration matters according to provisions of existing Regulations on Admini-stration of Construction Business or Regulations on Administration of Civil Engineering Con-tractors.
