PCC ANNOUNCES EXCEPTIONS FROM ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE LAW



On 27 March 2002 the Public Construction Commission announced the following in accordance with the provisions of the Electronic Signature Law: (1) no matters are excluded from the law's application within the PCC jurisdiction; and (2) there are certain technical and application requirements for actions to which the law applies as follows (the date of entry into force of these requirements will be separately announced on the PCC website):
