WORKERS' LEGAL AID REGU-LATIONS ANNOUNCED
On 17 October 2001, the CLA promulgated its Rules governing Workers' Aid for Lawsuit. Any worker engaged in litigation and meeting the relevant criteria may apply with the CLA for assistance with legal fees. The maximum amounts payable are NT$120,000 for individual applicants and NT$300,000 for group applicants.
