CONTRACTS FOR WORKS LONGER THAN ONE YEAR SHOULD BE INDEX LINKED
According to a PCC letter dated 20 September 2001, when an entity procures works with a construction period of one year or longer, the invitation to tender documents should include provisions regarding price index adjustment, as provided in Items 6 and 7, Paragraph (1), Clause 5 of the model procurement contract for con-struction works published by the PCC.
