楊鎮綱律師主要執業領域包括國內外股權投資、企業併購、能源專案、公司治理、電子商務、新型態支付之法令遵循、併購交易及高資產個人稅務分析規劃。

曾代表國際知名之私募基金如Permira、Advantage Partners及美國Nasdaq上市之Peloton完成在台首宗併購案及進行投後管理，並協助國內創投、私募基金及機構投資人進行投資，處理境外公司股權交易、集團架構重組、海外信託，並提供相關之稅務諮詢與建議。也代表SPAC 公司 Provident Acquisition Corp與玩美移動公司 Perfect Corp.完成合併於NYSE完成上市。

借調至Apple擔任集團法務期間，對於消費性電子產品之進出口、檢驗及標示、新型態支付、個資保護相關法令遵循及消費爭議處理頗具經驗。另協助多間國際知名之高科技公司來台設立公司或投資，對於外資及陸資投資法令及實務均相當嫻熟。

楊律師負責處理多項基礎設施投資案，包括離岸風電場、太陽能及燃氣發電廠。他也參與 Ørsted大彰化東南離岸風場（605MW）及大彰化西北離岸風場（583MW）釋股案，均為近期台灣能源交易的重要里程碑。他目前擔任 Garage+（台灣知名的創業育成中心）創業計畫的導師，推動生態系統發展。

楊律師於2025年及2026年獲下述國際知名機構評選：

- 獲Leaders in Law – Global Awards 2026評選為M&A Expert of the Year in Taiwan
